As we welcome you to Stovall, we want to make sure you're aware of places nearby such as the lively bar next door called Pedal Pub. They have music playing on Tuesday - Thursday (4 pm-12 am) and Friday - Saturday (4 pm-2 am). For a quick bite, there are two separate restaurants called Farmhaus Burgers and Craft and Vine that is right on the corner of 12th Street and Broad Street. This unit is on a property with other AirBnb listings. If you are in search of a place to house a large group for a wedding, girls weekend, family reunion or business function, please inquire about the availability of attached and nearby units on the property. Each unit, however, is it's own separate apartment that is completely private from the other units. There is the main house that has 4 units that share a common breezeway and then there is a stand alone building behind the main house with just two units. This is the upstairs of the two units in the stand alone building. Potential for Noise: Due to the home’s historic character and close proximity to all the city has to offer, some road noise and music from an adjacent bar may be heard. White-noise machines are provided for your comfort.
